Florida I Am – I Am Florida Inc. continues making steady progress in building the systems and infrastructure needed to serve Floridians effectively. During this reporting period, significant work has focused on strengthening the organization's public website, establishing secure online giving, and developing the FIA Reports Program as a means of keeping members, volunteers, supporters, and the community informed of FIA's ongoing work.

Development also continues on the Neighborhood Readiness Check (NRC) initiative and the establishment of Neighborhood Gathering Spots (NGSs). These efforts are designed to encourage neighborhood familiarity, communication, and practical readiness through simple, organized community gatherings. Initial testing of these systems is expected to begin in the coming weeks, followed by neighborhood communication testing as FIA continues moving from development into practical application.

Each completed step represents another piece of a much larger vision. While much work remains ahead, the foundation continues to grow stronger, and the future of FIA becomes more tangible with every milestone achieved.

A Note from the Founder

My name is Timothy D. McCullough, Founder of Florida I Am – I Am Florida Inc., and it is my privilege to present the first FIA Report.

While I am honored to begin this record of FIA's development, my hope is that it will soon be entrusted to a dedicated individual with the passion, initiative, and commitment to keep our members and communities informed.

The FIA Reports Program is intended to become their program to lead. My role is to establish the foundation; their role will be to continue building it. I look forward to the day when this page reflects the voices, observations, and accomplishments of those who choose to serve through the FIA Reports Program.

Until then, I am grateful to document these first steps as together we build an organization dedicated to strengthening communities across Florida.
